Article R2212-19 of the French Public Health Code

For the application in the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon of the provisions of articles R. 2212-9 to R. 2212-18, the words: “health establishment” and “health establishment satisfying the provisions of article L. 2322-1” are replaced by the words: “the territorial public health establishment of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon”.

Pour l’application dans la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon des dispositions des articles R. 2212-9 à R. 2212-18, aux mots : ” Etablissement de santé ” et ” établissement de santé satisfaisant aux dispositions de l’article L. 2322-1 ” sont substitués les mots : ” l’Etablissement public de santé territorial de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon “.
