Article R222-10 of the French Sports Code

In each sporting discipline, the sports agent’s licence is issued by the sports agent’s commission of the relevant delegating federation to natural persons:

1° who, unless exempted by the application of the provisions of articles R. 222-18, R. 222-19, last paragraph, or R. 222-27, have passed the examination mentioned in article R. 222-14 and have attended, where organised, the prior training mentioned in article R. 222-19 ;

2° Are not in any of the cases of incompatibility or incapacity provided for in articles L. 222-9 to L. 222-11 and comply with the provisions of articles L. 222-12 to L. 222-14.

Article R222-10

Dans chaque discipline sportive, la licence d’agent sportif est délivrée par la commission des agents sportifs de la fédération délégataire compétente aux personnes physiques :

1° Qui, sauf dispense résultant de l’application des dispositions des articles R. 222-18, R. 222-19, dernier alinéa, ou R. 222-27, ont satisfait aux épreuves de l’examen mentionné à l’article R. 222-14 et ont suivi, lorsqu’elle est organisée, la formation préalable mentionnée à l’article R. 222-19 ;

2° Qui ne se trouvent dans aucun des cas d’incompatibilité ou d’incapacité prévus aux articles L. 222-9 à L. 222-11 et respectent les dispositions des articles L. 222-12 à L. 222-14.
