Each year, the sports agents’ commission communicates to the Minister for Sport the list of sports agents holding a sports agent’s licence in the discipline for which it is responsible, indicating those whose licence has been suspended.
The list referred to in the first paragraph is published in accordance with the conditions set out in the regulations governing sports agents.
La commission des agents sportifs communique chaque année au ministre chargé des sports la liste des agents sportifs titulaires de la licence d’agent sportif dans la discipline pour laquelle elle est compétente, en signalant ceux dont la licence est suspendue.
La liste mentionnée au premier alinéa est publiée dans les conditions prévues par le règlement des agents sportifs.
