Article R222-28 of the French Sports Code

Nationals of Member States of the European Union or parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, who are legally established in one of these States to carry out the activity of sports agent and who intend to carry it out in France on a temporary and occasional basis, must submit a declaration in accordance with the conditions set out in article R. 222-29.

Les ressortissants des Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, légalement établis dans l’un de ces Etats pour y exercer l’activité d’agent sportif et qui entendent l’exercer en France de façon temporaire et occasionnelle, souscrivent une déclaration dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 222-29.
