Article R222-31 of the French Sports Code

Each year, the sports agent shall provide the sports agents delegate of the relevant delegating federation with the information and accounting documents relating to his activity as a sports agent as defined by the sports agents regulations.

He shall also provide the sports agents’ representative, at the latter’s request, with any information required to monitor his activity as a sports agent, in particular documents relating to the company referred to in article L. 222-8 that he may have set up and the employees of this company.

Article R222-31

L’agent sportif communique annuellement au délégué aux agents sportifs de la fédération délégataire compétente les informations et documents comptables relatifs à son activité d’agent sportif définis par le règlement des agents sportifs.

Il communique également au délégué aux agents sportifs, sur demande de celui-ci, tout élément nécessaire au contrôle de son activité d’agent sportif, notamment des documents relatifs à la société mentionnée à l’article L. 222-8 qu’il a pu constituer et aux préposés de cette société.
