Article R222-7 of the French Sports Code

The French National Olympic and Sports Committee shall set up an Interfederal Sports Agents’ Commission, the chairman and members of which shall be appointed by the competent governing body.

The Interfederal Sports Agents’ Commission participates with the sports agents’ commissions of the delegated federations in the organisation of the sports agent licence examination. Each year it draws up a report on the implementation of the provisions of this chapter by the sports agents’ commissions. It may submit any proposal relating to the regulation of the sports agent profession to the Minister for Sport.

Le Comité national olympique et sportif français constitue une commission interfédérale des agents sportifs dont le président et les membres sont nommés par l’instance dirigeante compétente.

La commission interfédérale des agents sportifs participe, avec les commissions des agents sportifs des fédérations délégataires, à l’organisation de l’examen de la licence d’agent sportif. Elle établit chaque année un rapport sur la mise en œuvre par les commissions des agents sportifs des dispositions du présent chapitre. Elle peut saisir le ministre chargé des sports de toute proposition relative à la réglementation de la profession d’agent sportif.
