Works, transport and supply contracts are subject to the rules applicable to municipal contracts.

The Board of Directors may delegate authority either to the Director in the case of a public service authority responsible for the operation of a public service of an industrial and commercial nature, or to the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the case of a public service authority responsible for the operation of a public service of an administrative nature, to take any decision concerning the preparation, award, performance and settlement of contracts and framework agreements, as well as any decision concerning their modification, when the appropriations are entered in the budget.

Les marchés de travaux, transports et fournitures sont soumis aux règles applicables aux marchés de la commune.

Le conseil d’administration peut donner délégation soit au directeur lorsqu’il s’agit d’une régie chargée de l’exploitation d’un service public à caractère industriel et commercial, soit au président du conseil d’administration lorsqu’il s’agit d’une régie chargée de l’exploitation d’un service public à caractère administratif pour prendre toute décision concernant la préparation, la passation, l’exécution et le règlement des marchés et des accords-cadres ainsi que toute décision concernant leurs modifications, lorsque les crédits sont inscrits au budget.
