When granted, spaces for the deposit or interment of urns in the cinerary site are subject to the provisions of articles R. 2223-11 to R. 2223-23.
However, when the plot is taken over, the urn is placed in the communal ossuary or the ashes are scattered in the space provided for this purpose.

Lorsqu’ils sont concédés, les espaces pour le dépôt ou l’inhumation des urnes dans le site cinéraire sont soumis aux dispositions des articles R. 2223-11 à R. 2223-23.
Toutefois, lors de la reprise de la concession, l’urne est déposée dans l’ossuaire communal ou les cendres dispersées dans l’espace aménagé à cet effet.
