Article R2223-25 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

General documentation and quotations must include an indication of the name, legal representative and address of the operator and, where applicable, its registration number in the Trade Register or the National Register of Companies as a company in the trades and crafts sector, as well as an indication of its legal form, the authorisation it holds and, where applicable, the amount of its capital.

The content of the general documentation is set by order of the Minister for the Economy.

La documentation générale et les devis doivent comporter l’indication du nom, du représentant légal, de l’adresse de l’opérateur et, le cas échéant, son numéro d’inscription au registre du commerce ou au Registre national des entreprises en tant qu’entreprise du secteur des métiers et de l’artisanat, ainsi que l’indication de sa forme juridique, de l’habilitation dont il est titulaire et, le cas échéant, du montant de son capital.

Le contenu de la documentation générale est fixé par arrêté du ministre de l’économie.
