Persons who carry out their duties without being in direct contact with families and without participating in the conclusion or performance of any of the funeral services listed in Article L. 2223-19 do not have to provide proof of the professional training provided for in this subparagraph.

Les personnes qui assurent leur fonction sans être en contact direct avec les familles et sans participer à la conclusion ou à l’exécution de l’une des prestations funéraires énumérées à l’article L. 2223-19 n’ont pas à justifier de la formation professionnelle prévue par le présent sous-paragraphe.
