Article R2223-55 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the holder of a professional training certificate corresponding to one of the functions referred to in articles R. 2223-42 and R. 2223-44 is required to perform another function referred to in this subparagraph, he must acquire, where applicable, the additional professional training corresponding to the new function under the conditions provided for in the articles R. 2223-48 and R. 2223-53.

Lorsque le titulaire d’une attestation de formation professionnelle correspondant à l’une des fonctions visées aux articles R. 2223-42 et R. 2223-44 est amené à exercer une autre fonction visée au présent sous-paragraphe, il doit acquérir, le cas échéant, la formation professionnelle complémentaire correspondant à la nouvelle fonction dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2223-48 et R. 2223-53.
