Article R232-41-12-6 of the French Sports Code

The sports federations and, where applicable, the professional leagues shall be informed of the procedures conducted by the French Anti-Doping Agency pursuant to Section 4 of Chapter II of Title III of Book II under the conditions set out in Articles R. 232-88-1, R. 232-89, R. 232-89-1, R. 232-90, R. 232-92, R. 232-93, R. 232-97, R. 232-98-1 and R. 232-98-2.

The sports federations and professional leagues concerned shall also be informed, subject to the requirements of an investigation or disciplinary procedure, that the person concerned has received the information referred to in the first paragraph of Article R. 232-88 and the notification referred to in the first paragraph of II of Article R. 232-89.

Les fédérations sportives et, le cas échéant, les ligues professionnelles sont informées des procédures conduites par l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage en vertu de la section 4 du chapitre II du titre III du livre II dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 232-88-1, R. 232-89, R. 232-89-1, R. 232-90, R. 232-92, R. 232-93, R. 232-97, R. 232-98-1 et R. 232-98-2.


Les fédérations sportives et les ligues professionnelles concernées sont également informées, sous réserve des nécessités d’une enquête ou d’une procédure disciplinaire, de ce que l’intéressé a reçu l’information mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article R. 232-88 et la notification mentionnée au premier alinéa du II de l’article R. 232-89.
