Article R2333-117 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The rates of the fees set above are established for one calendar year.

The financial terms of the calculation of the ceiling of the fees defined in article R. 2333-114 change on 1st January of each year in proportion to the change in the engineering index, defined in a notice in the Official Journal of 1st March 1974, measured over the twelve months preceding the publication of the index known on 1st January.

Les taux des redevances fixés ci-dessus sont établis pour une année civile.

Les termes financiers du calcul du plafond des redevances définis à l’article R. 2333-114 évoluent au 1er janvier de chaque année proportionnellement à l’évolution de l’index ingénierie, défini dans un avis au Journal officiel du 1er mars 1974, mesurée au cours des douze mois précédant la publication de l’index connu au 1er janvier.
