Article R2333-120-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The contracting third party may not assign to the collection activities defined in article R. 2333-120-11 an agent who does not satisfy the conditions set out in 1° to 3° of article R. 2333-120-8.

The contracting third party shall terminate the duties of an agent as soon as it is aware that the agent no longer fulfils the conditions set out in the previous paragraph.

Le tiers contractant ne peut affecter aux activités de collecte définies à l’article R. 2333-120-11 un agent qui ne satisfait pas aux conditions prévues aux 1° à 3° de l’article R. 2333-120-8.

Le tiers contractant met fin aux fonctions d’un agent dès lors qu’il a connaissance que ce dernier ne remplit plus les conditions prévues à l’alinéa précédent.
