The application shall be lodged with or sent by post to the Commission’s registry.
It may be sent electronically under the conditions set out in articles R. 2333-120-32 bis to R. 2333-120-32 quater, paragraph 1.
It may also be sent by fax, reception of which is ensured by a technical device synchronised with a time server whose time is certified. The fax is regularised no later than fifteen days after it is received by the court registry. This is done either by producing a paper copy of the appeal bearing the handwritten signature of the person concerned, or by affixing the signature of the person concerned to the bottom of the document transmitted by fax at the Commission’s registry, or by electronic means under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2333-120-32 bis and R. 2333-120-32 quater paragraph 1.
Briefs and documents produced by the parties may be sent to the Commission by the same means and under the same conditions.
