Article R2333-120-32 quater of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the request is presented by a lawyer or an advocate at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de cassation, it must, on pain of inadmissibility, be sent to the Commission du contentieux du stationnement payant by electronic means. The same obligation applies to their briefs.

The municipality of more than 3,500 inhabitants, the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation, the competent mixed syndicate, or their agents must also send their briefs by electronic means, on pain of inadmissibility.

Lorsque la requête est présentée par un avocat ou un avocat au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de cassation, elle doit, à peine d’irrecevabilité, être adressée à la commission du contentieux du stationnement payant par voie électronique. La même obligation est applicable à leurs mémoires.


La commune de plus de 3 500 habitants, l’établissement public de coopération intercommunal, le syndicat mixte compétent, ou leurs mandataires doivent également adresser leurs mémoires par voie électronique, à peine d’irrecevabilité.
