The Commission’s decisions are notified to all the parties involved on the same day at their real addresses, by any means that can be used to prove receipt by the addressees. Where the decision is drawn up on paper, the copies are signed beforehand by the head of the registry.
The decision is notified via the portal or the teletransmission system to the parties who use electronic means or who are required to do so.
These parties are deemed to have received the decision.
These parties shall be deemed to have received the notification on the date of first consultation of the decision, certified by the acknowledgement of receipt issued by the portal or teletransmission system, or, in the absence of consultation within a period of eight days from the date on which the decision is made available on the portal or its teletransmission, at the end of this period. The parties are informed of the notification on the portal by a message sent to their e-mail address or, in the case of teletransmission, by their own information system.
Decisions ruling on the dispute are sent to the parties by a message sent to their e-mail address or, in the case of teletransmission, by their own information system.
Decisions ruling on the contestation of an enforcement order are, if necessary, communicated for information to the national agency for automated processing of offences.
