Article R2334-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of article L. 2334-4:

1° The compensation allocations referred to in 1 of II of this article taken into account are those recorded on 15 February of the year of allocation in the accounts provided for the allocation of compensation allocations in the management accounts of the communes for the year preceding the year of allocation.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 2334-4 :

1° Les attributions de compensation mentionnées au 1 du II de cet article prises en compte sont celles constatées au 15 février de l’année de répartition aux comptes prévus pour l’imputation des attributions de compensation dans les comptes de gestion des communes au titre de l’année précédant l’année de répartition.
