Where the purchaser intends to limit the number of candidates, it shall indicate in the tender notice the objective and non-discriminatory criteria it intends to apply, the minimum number of candidates it intends to invite, which may not be less than three, and, where appropriate, their maximum number.

L’acheteur qui entend limiter le nombre de candidats indique, dans l’avis d’appel à la concurrence, les critères objectifs et non-discriminatoires qu’il prévoit d’appliquer, le nombre minimum de candidats qu’il prévoit d’inviter, qui ne peut être inférieur à trois, et, le cas échéant, leur nombre maximum.
