Article R2361-4 of the French Public procurement code

The minimum period laid down in article R. 2361-3 may be reduced to twenty-two days if the purchaser has published a prior information notice that meets the following conditions:
1° It was sent for publication at least fifty-two days and at most twelve months before the date on which the contract notice was sent;
2° It contains the same information as that appearing in the contract notice, provided that this information was available at the time it was sent for publication.

Le délai minimal fixé à l’article R. 2361-3 peut être ramené à vingt-deux jours si l’acheteur a publié un avis de préinformation qui remplit les conditions suivantes :
1° Il a été envoyé pour publication cinquante-deux jours au moins à douze mois au plus avant la date d’envoi de l’avis de marché ;
2° Il contient les mêmes renseignements que ceux qui figurent dans l’avis de marché, pour autant que ces renseignements soient disponibles au moment de son envoi pour publication.
