Article R2361-6 of the French Public procurement code

Where a situation of urgency not caused by the purchaser makes it impossible to comply with the minimum time limits set out in articles R. 2361-3 to R. 2361-5, the purchaser may set a time limit for receipt of tenders which may not be less than ten days.

Lorsqu’une situation d’urgence ne résultant pas du fait de l’acheteur rend le délai minimal fixé aux articles R. 2361-3 à R. 2361-5 impossible à respecter, l’acheteur peut fixer un délai de réception des offres qui ne peut être inférieur à dix jours.
