Article R2531-30 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The elections of the members of the committee and of the chairman may be challenged before the Conseil d’Etat by any elector, by the candidates and by the minister responsible for local authorities, within ten days of the publication of the results in the Journal officiel, on the initiative of the prefect of the Ile-de-France region.

Les élections des membres du comité et du président peuvent être contestées devant le Conseil d’Etat par tout électeur, par les candidats et par le ministre chargé des collectivités locales, dans les dix jours qui suivent la publication des résultats au Journal officiel, à l’initiative du préfet de la région d’Ile-de-France.
