Article R272 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In Article R. 49, the following paragraph is added:

“For New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the amount of the fixed fine is set respectively by the Congress of New Caledonia and the Council of Ministers of French Polynesia within the limits imposed respectively by Article 86 of Organic Law No. 99-209 of 19 March 1999 relating to New Caledonia and Article 94 of Organic Law No. 2004-192 of 27 February 2004 on the autonomous status of French Polynesia. “

A l’article R. 49, il est ajouté un alinéa rédigé comme suit :

” Pour la Nouvelle-Calédonie et la Polynésie française, le montant de l’amende forfaitaire est fixé respectivement par le congrès de la Nouvelle-Calédonie et par le conseil des ministres de la Polynésie française dans les limites imposées respectivement par l’article 86 de la loi organique n° 99-209 du 19 mars 1999 relative à la Nouvelle-Calédonie et l’article 94 de la loi organique n° 2004-192 du 27 février 2004 portant statut d’autonomie de la Polynésie française. “
