Article R310-23 of the French Insurance Code

When winding-up proceedings are opened in application of article L. 310-25, the liquidator shall immediately and individually inform in writing each known creditor whose habitual residence, domicile or registered office is in a Member State other than France.

The content and format of the note are set by order of the Minister for the Economy.

Lorsqu’une procédure de liquidation est ouverte en application de l’article L. 310-25, le liquidateur informe sans délai et individuellement par une note écrite chaque créancier connu qui a sa résidence habituelle, son domicile ou son siège social dans un Etat membre autre que la France.


Le contenu et le format de la note sont fixés par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie.
