Article R322-1-1 of the French Insurance Code

When an undertaking authorised in the legal protection branch wishes to opt for a management method other than the one it has previously chosen, it must inform the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.

The new management method chosen will take effect one month after the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution has been notified, unless the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution objects within the same period on grounds that call into question the authorisation decision.

The second and third paragraphs of Article R. 322-1 are applicable.

Article R322-1-1

Lorsqu’une entreprise agréée dans la branche de protection juridique désire opter pour une autre modalité de gestion que celle qu’elle a précédemment choisie, elle est tenue d’en informer l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.

La nouvelle modalité choisie prend effet un mois après sa notification à l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, sauf opposition par cette dernière dans le même délai pour un motif de nature à remettre en cause la décision d’agrément.

Les deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article R. 322-1 sont applicables.
