The association is responsible, on behalf of and in the place of the reinsured mutual insurance company, for making the various disclosures to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution required by Articles L. 310-8 and R. 310-6-1, to keep at its head office the accounting books, registers or files provided for in Title IV of this Book, to make available to the supervisory authorities all documents required for the performance of their duties and to produce the accounts and statements required to be published and filed with the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution by the regulations in force. The association must set up and represent all debts, reserves and provisions relating to the commitments entered into by the reinsured company, in accordance with the conditions set out in Title III of this book.
All accounting entries relating to the commitments entered into by the reinsured company must appear in the association’s accounts.
The reinsured company is required to draw up a general operating account and a general profit and loss account under the conditions and in the form laid down by order of the Minister for the Economy and Finance.
