Article R*322-149 of the French Insurance Code

The contributions due to the associations in the event of death are calculated taking into account the age of the members at the time they fall due and according to a rate based on a mortality table specified in the Articles of Association. They are proportional to the amount, determined by means of the said tariff, of the probable sum to be obtained at the time of distribution.

Les cotisations revenant aux associations en cas de décès sont calculées en tenant compte de l’âge des sociétaires à l’époque de leur échéance et suivant un tarif établi sur une table de mortalité spécifiée par les statuts. Elles sont proportionnelles au montant, déterminé au moyen dudit tarif, de la somme probable à obtenir lors de la répartition.
