Article R322-165 of the French Insurance Code

The provisions of the second paragraph of I of Article R. 322-161 are applicable to the insurance group companies referred to in Article L. 322-1-3 which are not mutual insurance group companies as defined in the third paragraph of that Article.

Les dispositions du deuxième alinéa du I de l’article R. 322-161 sont applicables aux sociétés de groupe d’assurance mentionnées à l’article L. 322-1-3 qui n’ont pas la qualité de sociétés de groupe d’assurance mutuelle définies au troisième alinéa de cet article.
