Article R3261-15 of the French Labour Code

An employee who works at several different workplaces within the same company and who does not provide transport between these different workplaces and between these workplaces and the employee’s usual place of residence may claim the reimbursements mentioned in articles L. 3261-3 and L. 3261-3-1 for the journeys he/she is required to make between his/her usual place of residence and his/her different workplaces, as well as between these workplaces.

Le salarié qui exerce son activité sur plusieurs lieux de travail au sein d’une même entreprise qui n’assure pas le transport entre ces différents lieux et entre ces lieux et la résidence habituelle du salarié peut prétendre aux prises en charge mentionnées aux articles L. 3261-3 et L. 3261-3-1 pour les déplacements qui lui sont imposés entre sa résidence habituelle et ses différents lieux de travail, ainsi qu’entre ces lieux de travail.
