Any authorised event may not commence until the technical organiser has provided the authority that issued the authorisation or its representative with written confirmation that all the requirements set out in the authorisation have been complied with.

Toute manifestation autorisée ne peut débuter qu’après la production par l’organisateur technique à l’autorité qui a délivré l’autorisation ou à son représentant d’une attestation écrite précisant que toutes les prescriptions mentionnées dans l’autorisation ont été respectées.
