The authorisation may be suspended or withdrawn at any time if it appears that the safety conditions are no longer met or that the organiser, despite being given formal notice to do so by the administrative authority, is no longer complying with or is no longer ensuring that participants and spectators comply with the provisions laid down in the event’s specific regulations for their protection.

L’autorisation peut être suspendue ou rapportée à tout moment s’il apparaît que les conditions de sécurité ne se trouvent plus réunies ou que l’organisateur, malgré la mise en demeure qui lui en est faite par l’autorité administrative, ne respecte plus ou ne fait plus respecter par les participants et les spectateurs des dispositions prévues par le règlement particulier de la manifestation en vue de leur protection.
