Article R343-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Every four years, within the jurisdiction of each court of appeal, a list of ad hoc administrators appointed to represent minors held in waiting zones, pursuant to the provisions of article L. 343-2, shall be drawn up.
The list of ad hoc administrators shall be made available to the public on the premises of the registry office of the court of appeal and the judicial courts, and may also be displayed there.

Article R343-2

Il est dressé tous les quatre ans, dans le ressort de chaque cour d’appel, une liste des administrateurs ad hoc désignés pour la représentation des mineurs maintenus en zone d’attente, en application des dispositions de l’article L. 343-2.
La liste des administrateurs ad hoc est tenue à la disposition du public dans les locaux du secrétariat-greffe de la cour d’appel et des tribunaux judiciaires, et peut également y être affichée.
