Every four years, ad hoc administrators on the list provided for in Article R. 343-2 make a new application for registration, which is examined in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 343-5. When they do so, they must prove that they have complied with the obligations arising from the missions entrusted to them, and in particular those set out in article R. 343-7.

Within one month of the completion of each assignment, the ad hoc administrator sends the public prosecutor a report detailing the steps taken and, where applicable, for the purposes of ensuring the best possible protection, the information gathered on the minor.
