Within one month of the completion of each assignment, the ad hoc administrator sends the public prosecutor a report detailing the steps taken and, where applicable, for the purposes of ensuring the best possible protection, the information gathered on the minor.

Dans le mois de l’achèvement de chaque mission, l’administrateur ad hoc transmet au procureur de la République un rapport détaillant les démarches effectuées et, le cas échéant, aux fins d’assurer au mieux sa protection, les éléments d’information recueillis sur le mineur.
