I.-Where the competent authority of the host Member State communicates to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution both the provisions of that Member State’s social and labour law relating to occupational pension schemes, the rules for the management of these schemes and the customer information requirements which apply to cross-border activity, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall transmit this information to the supplementary occupational pension fund within a period which shall not exceed six weeks from the date of the communication referred to in the last paragraph of I of Article R. 382-4. If, at the end of this period, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution has not received the information mentioned in this paragraph from the host Member State, it shall inform the supplementary occupational pension fund concerned.
II – Where a competent authority of another Member State informs the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution of a material change in the information referred to in I, the Autorité shall communicate this change to the supplementary occupational pension fund concerned.
