Article R4112-8 of the French Public Health Code

The doctors, dental surgeons and midwives mentioned in article R. 4112-7 who wish to practise in France apply to be entered on the roll of the medical association of the department of their new residence under the conditions laid down in the second and third paragraphs of article L. 4112-5.

Les médecins, chirurgiens-dentistes ou sages-femmes mentionnés à l’article R. 4112-7 lorsqu’ils veulent exercer en France demandent à être inscrits au tableau de l’ordre du département de leur nouvelle résidence dans les conditions prévues aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 4112-5.
