Article R4113-113 of the French Public Health Code

When the doctor, dental surgeon or midwife suspended pursuant to article L. 4113-14 works in one or more health establishments, the administrative authority which pronounced the suspension shall immediately inform of its decision the person legally responsible for the establishment or establishments where the person concerned works and, in the case of public sector employees, the appointing authority where this is different from the person legally responsible.

Article R4113-113

Lorsque le médecin, le chirurgien-dentiste ou la sage-femme suspendu en application de l’article L. 4113-14 exerce dans un ou plusieurs établissements de santé, l’autorité administrative ayant prononcé la suspension informe immédiatement de sa décision le responsable légal de l’établissement ou des établissements où l’intéressé exerce et, pour les agents de droit public, l’autorité ayant pouvoir de nomination lorsque celle-ci est différente du responsable légal.
