The implementing measures provided for in Article L. 412-1 include:
1° The provisions of Articles 1 to 4, 16 and 18 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002, as amended, laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety;
2° The provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002, as amended, laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety;

2° The provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 1, Articles 2 to 7, paragraph 1 of Article 8, Article 9, paragraphs 1 to 3 of Article 10, Article 12 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 as amended on nutrition claims made on foods and its Annex;
3° The provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 1, Articles 2 to 7, paragraph 1 of Article 8, Article 9, paragraphs 1 to 3 of Article 10, Article 12 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 as amended on nutrition claims made on foods and its Annex; and
3° The provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 931/2011 of 19 September 2011 on traceability requirements laid down in Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 as regards food of animal origin;
4° The provisions of Articles 1, 2 and 3 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 931/2011 of 19 September 2011 on traceability requirements laid down in Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 as regards food of animal origin
4° The provisions of Articles 1, 2, 6 to 10, 12 to 28, 30 to 37, 44 and Annexes I to XV of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 as amended on the provision of food information to consumers ;
5° The provisions of Articles 1 to 5 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1337/2013 of 13 December 2013 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the indication of the country of origin or place of provenance of fresh, chilled and frozen meat of porcine, ovine, caprine animals and poultry;
6° The provisions of Articles 1 to 4 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 828/2014 of 30 July 2014 on requirements for the provision of information to consumers on the absence or reduced presence of gluten in foodstuffs and its Annex;
7° The provisions of Articles 1 to 3 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/775 of 28 May 2018 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Article 26(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers, as regards the rules for indicating the country of origin or place of provenance of the primary ingredient of a food.
