Article R412-22 of the French Consumer Code

The enforcement measures provided for in Article L. 412-1 :

1° The provisions of Articles 2, 3, 4, 5 and 13 of Regulation (EC) No 2065/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 November 2003, as amended, on smoke flavourings used or intended for use in or on foods, and its annexes;

3° The provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 2, paragraph 4 of Article 2, Articles 3, 5, 15 and 16, paragraph 1 of Article 21, Article 23 and Article 26 of Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 as amended on food additives and its annexes;

The provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 2, paragraph 4 of Article 2, Articles 3, 5, 15 and 16, paragraph 1 of Article 21, Article 23 and Article 26 of Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 as amended on food additives and its annexes
4° The provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 2, Articles 3 and 5, paragraph 1 of Article 14, paragraph 1 of Article 17 and Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 as amended on flavourings and certain ingredients with flavouring properties.

Constituent les mesures d’exécution prévues à l’article L. 412-1 :


1° Les dispositions des articles 2, 3, 4, 5 et 13 du règlement (CE) n° 2065/2003 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 10 novembre 2003 modifié relatif aux arômes de fumée utilisés ou destinés à être utilisés dans ou sur les denrées alimentaires et ses annexes ;


2° Les dispositions du paragraphe 1 de l’article 2, des articles 3 et 5, du paragraphe 1 de l’article 10, du paragraphe 1 de l’article 12 et de l’article 14 du règlement (CE) n° 1332/2008 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 16 décembre 2008 modifié concernant les enzymes alimentaires ;


3° Les dispositions du paragraphe 1 de l’article 2, le paragraphe 4 de l’article 2, des articles 3,5,15 et 16, du paragraphe 1 de l’article 21, de l’article 23 et de l’article 26 du règlement (CE) n° 1333/2008 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 16 décembre 2008 modifié sur les additifs alimentaires et ses annexes ;


4° Les dispositions du paragraphe 1 de l’article 2, des articles 3 et 5, du paragraphe 1 de l’article 14, du paragraphe 1 de l’article 17 et de l’article 19 du règlement (CE) n° 1334/2008 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 16 décembre 2008 modifié relatif aux arômes et à certains ingrédients possédant des propriétés aromatisantes.
