Article R412-32 of the French Consumer Code

The enforcement measures provided for in Article L. 412-1 :

1° The provisions of Articles 1 and 2, points 1 and 2 of Chapter I and Chapter V of Section XIV “Gelatin” of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004, as amended, laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin;

Constituent les mesures d’exécution prévues à l’article L. 412-1 :


1° Les dispositions des articles 1er et 2, des points 1 et 2 du chapitre Ier et du chapitre V de la section XIV ” Gélatine ” de l’annexe III du règlement (CE) n° 853/2004 du Parlement et du Conseil du 29 avril 2004 modifié fixant des règles spécifiques d’hygiène applicable à des denrées alimentaires d’origine animale ;


2° Les dispositions des articles 1er et 2, des points 1 et 2 du chapitre Ier et du chapitre V de la section XV ” Collagène ” de l’annexe III du règlement (CE) n° 853/2004 du Parlement et du Conseil du 29 avril 2004.
