If it is found that the approved organisation no longer meets the conditions set out in article R. 412-2, the Minister responsible for tourism may suspend the approval for a maximum of one year, by means of a reasoned decision. This decision specifies the requirements with which the organisation must comply.
The Minister responsible for tourism shall end the suspension of approval as soon as the organisation in question has complied with these requirements.
If the organisation has not complied with the requirements notified to it within one year, its approval will be withdrawn by the Minister responsible for tourism. Approval remains suspended until this decision is taken, although the duration of this extension may not exceed six months.
The organisation benefiting from an approval that is due to be suspended or withdrawn is invited to present its observations beforehand.
