Article R421-22 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the multi-annual residence permit bearing the words “talent passport-European Blue Card” provided for in article L. 421-11 is issued on proof of a stay of at least eighteen months in another Member State under cover of an EU Blue Card issued by that State, it is issued no later than six months after the application is submitted.

Article R421-22

Lorsque la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent-carte bleue européenne ” prévue à l’article L. 421-11 est délivrée sur justification d’un séjour d’au moins dix-huit mois dans un autre Etat membre sous couvert d’une carte bleue européenne délivrée par cet Etat, elle est délivrée au plus tard dans les six mois suivant le dépôt de la demande.
