The multiannual residence permit bearing the “talent passport (family)” mention provided for in articles L. 421-22 or L. 421-23 is withdrawn from the spouse and adult children of the foreign national holding the multiannual residence permit bearing the “talent passport” mention provided for in article L. 421-18 who has it withdrawn pursuant to article R. 421-36.
La carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent (famille) ” prévue aux articles L. 421-22 ou L. 421-23 est retirée au conjoint et aux enfants majeurs de l’étranger titulaire de la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” passeport talent ” prévue à l’article L. 421-18 qui se la voit retirer en application de l’article R. 421-36.
