Article R426-7 of the French Insurance Code

The assets of the fonds de garantie universelle des risques locatifs, with the exception of those mentioned in 4° of article R. 426-5, are either held in an account with an approved credit institution in a Member State of the European Community or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or registered by name in the accounts of the issuing body.

Income or proceeds from the sale of the assets of the universal guarantee fund for rental risks are acquired by this fund.

Article R426-7

Les actifs du fonds de garantie universelle des risques locatifs, à l’exception de ceux mentionnés au 4° de l’article R. 426-5, sont soit inscrits en compte auprès d’un établissement de crédit agréé dans un Etat membre de la Communauté européenne ou dans un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, soit inscrits nominativement dans les comptes de l’organisme émetteur.

Les revenus ou les produits de la vente des actifs du fonds de garantie universelle des risques locatifs sont acquis à ce fonds.
