Failure to give workers and their representatives access to the information provided for in Article 35 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 is punishable by a fifth-class fine.
The fine shall be applied as many times as there are persons employed under the conditions liable to be penalised under this article.
Repeated offences are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.
Le fait de ne pas donner aux travailleurs et à leurs représentants l’accès aux informations prévues à l’article 35 du règlement (CE) n° 1907 / 2006 est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe.
L’amende est appliquée autant de fois qu’il y a de personnes employées dans les conditions susceptibles d’être sanctionnées au titre du présent article.
La récidive est réprimée conformément aux articles 132-11 et 132-15 du code pénal.
