Article R512-17 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Regional Mutuals shall repay to the central body the advances granted to them by the central body as and when they obtain repayment of the loans granted with the aid of these advances and at the latest within the time limit set when each advance was granted.

Les caisses régionales remboursent à l’organe central les avances que celui-ci leur a consenties au fur et à mesure qu’elles obtiennent le remboursement des prêts accordés à l’aide de ces avances et au plus tard dans le délai fixé lors de l’octroi de chaque avance.
