Article R513-2 of the French Insurance Code

When the authorisation of an association is withdrawn under the conditions set out in Section IV, or in the event of dissolution for any reason whatsoever, brokers and their agents mentioned in 1° and 4° of Article R. 511-2 who are members of the association must join a new approved association within three months of notification of the decision to withdraw authorisation or the date of dissolution.

Article R513-2

Lorsque l’association fait l’objet d’un retrait d’agrément dans les conditions prévues à la section IV, ou en cas de dissolution quelle qu’en soit la cause, les courtiers et leurs mandataires mentionnés aux 1° et 4° de l’article R. 511-2 qui en sont membres doivent adhérer à une nouvelle association agréée, dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la notification de la décision de retrait d’agrément ou de la date de dissolution.
