Article R513-25 of the French Insurance Code

On the basis of the information provided in the application, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall assess whether the association meets the conditions laid down in Articles L. 513-3 to L. 513-7 and the provisions of this chapter. If it considers that the application is incomplete, the AMF will ask the association to provide the additional information it needs to make its decision.

Au vu des éléments du dossier présenté, l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution apprécie si l’association remplit les conditions prévues par les articles L. 513-3 à L. 513-7 et les dispositions du présent chapitre. Si elle estime le dossier incomplet, l’Autorité requiert de l’association les éléments d’information complémentaires qui lui sont nécessaires pour prendre sa décision.
