Article R513-29 of the French Insurance Code

When it intends to withdraw an association’s authorisation, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution will inform the association. It will give the association the reasons for the withdrawal and specify the action required to ensure compliance.

The association has a period of one month from receipt of this notification in which to make any observations it may have and bring itself into compliance.

Lorsqu’elle envisage de retirer l’agrément d’une association, l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution en informe cette dernière. Elle lui en indique les motifs et lui précise les actions de mise en conformité attendues.


L’association dispose d’un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception de cette notification pour faire connaître ses observations éventuelles et se mettre en conformité.
