Article R513-5 of the French Insurance Code

The association verifies that the staff of its members subject to the good repute condition mentioned in articles L. 511-3 and L. 512-4 meet this condition.

To this end, any person applying for membership or renewal thereof shall provide the association each year with an updated list of the staff concerned, indicating the surnames, first names and functions of the corresponding employees. It must certify that each of them meets the conditions set out in I, II, IV and V of article L. 322-2 and in article R. 512-7. It shall make available to the association bulletin no. 3 of the extract from the criminal record less than three months old for each employee or a declaration on their honour signed by the employee concerned certifying that they meet the above conditions.

L’association vérifie que le personnel de ses membres soumis à la condition d’honorabilité mentionnée aux articles L. 511-3 et L. 512-4 satisfait à cette condition.


A cette fin, toute personne sollicitant une adhésion ou le renouvellement de celle-ci fournit chaque année à l’association la liste actualisée du personnel concerné, en indiquant les noms, prénoms et fonctions des salariés correspondants. Elle atteste que chacun d’entre eux satisfait aux conditions mentionnées aux I, II, IV et V de l’article L. 322-2 et à l’article R. 512-7. Elle tient à disposition de l’association le bulletin n° 3 de l’extrait de casier judiciaire datant de moins de trois mois de chaque salarié ou une déclaration sur l’honneur signée du salarié concerné attestant qu’il satisfait aux conditions susmentionnées.
